How does Fairly Made onboard my suppliers?

To ensure a successful onboarding and data collection phase for new projects, the process involves a series of structured steps designed to inform and assist suppliers. Here is a detailed breakdown of the process:

Prior to the launch of a project

Before a project is launched, suppliers are invited to take part in a webinar session. These webinar sessions are available in English, Italian, Portuguese, Mandarin and French.

During these sessions, suppliers are presented with :

  • what Fairly Made is
  • the legal context behind this project,
  • the type of forms they will have to fill in
  • the different types of email they will receive
  • and the supplier interface.

Starting of the projet, the onboarding email

The email is sent at every project launch with a brand to announce a new supplier data collection phase. In this email you will find:

  • A deadline
  • The supplier interface link
  • A recap on how to log in
  • A quick presentation of Fairly Made
  • Our privacy policy documentation
  • Our useful links to answer the questions the supplier may have

Access to the Supplier Interface and Product Tour

Suppliers are then invited to log into their Supplier Interface, via a very simple and secure funnel.

  • They go to the login page

  • Then the supplier enters the email address on which you received the mail of onboarding and clicks on “verify my identity”.

  • Finally just enters the 6-digit code received on the email address

  • The user then accesses their dedicated Supplier Interface and is onboarded through a Product Tour that highlights the benefits and clearly presents the product.
    • A centralized hub for all user-required forms, displayed in a clear, organized table format for quick access and efficient management

Weekly report

Each Tuesday, a supplier under data collection will receive this report, providing an overview of the form's progress:

  • Not started: The form has not been modified.
  • In Progress: The form has been modified but not yet submitted.
  • Waiting for our review: The form has been submitted and is under review by Fairly Made.
  • Validated: The form has been approved and now appears in the Components tab of the Supplier Interface.
  • Rejected: The form does not meet our requirements. The factory will receive a detailed email with feedback.
