How does Fairly Made onboard my suppliers?
To ensure a successful onboarding and data collection phase for new projects, the process involves a series of structured steps designed to inform and assist suppliers. Here is a detailed breakdown of the process:
Prior to the launch of a project
Before a project is launched, suppliers are invited to take part in a webinar session. These webinar sessions are available in English, Italian, Portuguese, Mandarin and French.
During these sessions, suppliers are presented with :
- what Fairly Made is
- the legal context behind this project,
- the type of forms they will have to fill in
- the different types of email they will receive
- and the supplier interface.
Starting of the projet, the onboarding email

The email is sent at every project launch with a brand to announce a new supplier data collection phase. In this email you will find:
- A deadline
- The supplier interface link
- A recap on how to log in
- A quick presentation of Fairly Made
- Our privacy policy documentation
- Our useful links to answer the questions the supplier may have
Access to the Supplier Interface and Product Tour
Suppliers are then invited to log into their Supplier Interface, via a very simple and secure funnel.
-
They go to the login page

-
Then the supplier enters the email address on which you received the mail of onboarding and clicks on “verify my identity”.

- Finally just enters the 6-digit code received on the email address

- The user then accesses their dedicated Supplier Interface and is onboarded through a Product Tour that highlights the benefits and clearly presents the product.
- A centralized hub for all user-required forms, displayed in a clear, organized table format for quick access and efficient management
Weekly report
Each Tuesday, a supplier under data collection will receive this report, providing an overview of the form's progress:
- Not started: The form has not been modified.
- In Progress: The form has been modified but not yet submitted.
- Waiting for our review: The form has been submitted and is under review by Fairly Made.
- Validated: The form has been approved and now appears in the Components tab of the Supplier Interface.
- Rejected: The form does not meet our requirements. The factory will receive a detailed email with feedback.
