🚨 Resolving Login Issues with Fairly Made 🚨

If you're experiencing difficulties logging into Fairly Made, here are the possible causes and solutions to quickly regain access to the platform.


🔑 Possible Causes & Solutions for Login Issues:



1. Leaving the page while trying to log in:
👉 If you leave the login page or try to navigate away while entering your details, the login process may fail. Stay on the page and complete the steps without interruption.


2. Not added as a user yet:
👉 If you’re not yet added as a user, you won’t be able to log in. Ensure that the ADMIN has added your email address to the system. If not, ask them to add you.


3. Access revoked by a colleague:
👉 If your access was deactivated by a colleague, contact your account's ADMIN to request reactivation.


4. Access revoked by Fairly Made:
👉 A member of your organization may have requested the removal of your access. In this case, reach out to your account's ADMIN to explore the possibility of restoring your access.


5. Not onboarded to a Fairly Made project yet:
👉 If you haven’t been onboarded to a project yet, you won’t be able to log in. Once onboarded, you will receive a detailed onboarding process, including a webinar to familiarize you with forms, the interface, and login procedures.


6. Not onboarded to the supplier interface yet:
👉 If you haven’t been onboarded to Fairly Made's supplier interface, you will be added to the next project. Once this step is complete, you will receive a special email with instructions on how to access your interface using the email address to which this information was sent.


7. Access not granted by a team member:
👉 If your email hasn’t been added to the supplier interface, you won’t be able to log in. Ask the ADMIN of the supplier interface to add your email by clicking "Add a colleague" and entering your email address.


8. Our emails are being blocked by a firewall:
👉 If you’ve been onboarded but haven’t received the verification email, it could be due to your firewall blocking our emails. Add supplier@fairlymade.com to your safe sender list or remove it from your blocked list.

10. Supplier emails in your spam folder:
👉 Check your spam folder for emails from supplier@fairlymade.com. If you find any, move them to your inbox to avoid future delivery issues.
