How and what to fill out in 'My Forms' page? (simplified forms)

Here is a step by step tutorial guide to help you with filling out the simplified forms found in the "My Forms" tab.

1. COMPOSITION* (mandatory)

Please select the materials that make up the component being analysed.

2. TRACEABILITY* (mandatory)

Please declare the countries in which the main production processes are carried out.
If you do not have this information, please provide us with the contact details of your supplier so that we can collect this information directly from them.

For textile products:

  • Product manufacturing

  • Fabric manufacturing processes: knitting, weaving, non-woven

  • Finishing processes (if applicable): dyeing, printing

For footwear products:

  • Stitching: assembly operations involving sewing and/or gluing the different materials making up the upper of a shoe

  • Assembly: operations consisting in assembling the upper with the insole and attaching the outsole

  • Finishing: operations carried out after assembly to complete the manufacture of the shoe (e.g. deburring, polishing, lacing, boxing, etc.)

Reminder: Under the French AGEC law, brands are required to disclose the countries in which these transformation steps take place to consumers, in order to be allowed to sell their products on the French market.

3. COMPONENT WEIGHT PER PRODUCT (optional)

If you have the information, please indicate the weight of the component (fabric, leather, etc.) within the final product. If not, you may leave this section blank.
