The extracts give you a comprehensive overview of your data, ready to download and share for further analysis, reporting, or collaboration with stakeholders. Extracts are available in both CSV and Excel formats, ensuring compatibility with your tools and workflows.
1. Where can I find the available extracts?
Data can be downloaded from different sections of the Fairly Made platform:
- My Products
- My Collections
- My Suppliers — on every supplier page
- Supply Chain Intelligence (for the reports available, visit "What are the best tricks to master the reports?")
2. Product extracts
From the "My Products" page, you can download your product information by clicking the "Extract" button.
You can download either a CSV or an Excel version.
4 types of extracts are available:
- My Products list
- Traceability
- AGEC by product
- AGEC by packaging
By default, extracts cover all your products. To refine which products appear in the extract, use the filters or manually select the products. The number of products selected appears next to the action buttons, in the top right corner of the page.
How to filter and select columns?
The My Products view can be customised for each user.
Select columns: click "Edit columns" and choose what to show in your view. Choose from 112 columns, grouped into several categories: AGEC compliance, Communication, Composition, French Environmental Cost, Life Cycle Assessment, Product details, Product identification, and Suppliers & traceability.
You can search for and reorder columns as you prefer. The same applies to filters.
Good to know:
- Your view is saved automatically per user: it stays the same even if you log out or close the tab.
- A column doesn't need to be selected to be used as a filter.
- The "Last traceability update" column tells you when the traceability of a product was last updated.
Why is this useful?
This customizable dashboard allows you to create the view that best suits your business needs.
Say you need to quickly check which products are concerned by the French Environmental Cost methodology for your latest collection, to inform your Production team. Select the relevant columns, order them as needed, and filter on "Concerned by French methodology: Yes." You'll get the list of products for which you can declare the French Environmental Cost.

My Products extract (customisable)
- Description: all available data points — up to 112 columns, or only the ones you've selected.
- Granularity: product level.
- Use the filters to select and extract a specific selection of products, or the full list.
Traceability extract
- Description: full visibility over the traceability of your supply chain. For each component, you'll find detailed information, the supplier associated with each step, and the source of the data, across 35 columns.
- Granularity: one row per product process.
- Use the filters to extract a specific selection of products, or the full list (default).
- Each column is explained in the Summary sheet (first sheet of the Excel export).
AGEC by product extract
- Description: a full AGEC (French regulation) picture of your catalogue in one export — traceability status, processing countries, component references and declared suppliers, ready-to-use AGEC claims in French and English, and compliance verdicts at product and component level.
- Granularity: one row per product and component.
- Use the filters to extract a specific selection of products, or the full list (default).
- Each column is explained in the Summary sheet (first sheet of the Excel export).
How can I use this extract to check AGEC compliance?
Use the columns "Product is concerned by AGEC traceability" and "Product traceability meets AGEC requirements" to filter the list and see which products are compliant.
How to read the columns:
- Product is concerned by AGEC traceability — Yes / No.
- Product traceability meets AGEC requirements — Yes / No / N/A (when a product not concerned) / Additional data required (a main component cannot be determined).
- Component is concerned by AGEC traceability — Yes / No / N/A (product or component out of AGEC scope, or a shoe — for shoes, traceability is assessed at product level only).
- Component traceability meets AGEC requirements — Yes / No / N/A (product or component not concerned).

AGEC by packaging extract
- Granularity: one row per packaging and per product.
- Use the filters to extract a specific selection of products, or the full list (default).
- Each column is explained in the Summary sheet (first sheet of the Excel export).

3. Supplier extracts
Download standard extract
- From the "My Suppliers" page, download supplier information by clicking the "Extract" button.
- Download a CSV version by clicking ".CSV", or an Excel version by clicking ".XLSX".
- Detailed information about the extract's content is available in the "Summary" tab of the Excel version.
🔎 Refine the extract
By default, the extract covers all your suppliers. To refine which suppliers appear in the extract, you can:
- Use the search bar
- Use filters
- Manually select the suppliers
